Resumen:
Actualmente, la comunidad de Interacción Humano-Computadora a nivel mundial (IHC) busca superar las dinámicas post-coloniales que la limitan. Abordamos este problema enfocándonos en el caso de Latinoamérica. A través de 66 encuestas y 19 entrevistas a profesionales relacionados con la región, describimos las fortalezas y tensiones de la práctica de IHC en la región y ofrecemos una hoja de ruta para conectar comunidades de IHC a nivel mundial.
